A two-hour workshop designed to welcome and lead participants through an intentional and inclusive exploration of connection through movement, mantra, meditation and reflection.

Through dance, sound, journaling and group sharing, you will nourish your connection with your heart while finding resonance through ritual, community and pilgrimage.
